The Terms of Service govern use of Questro at questro.live, including the Timer, Q&A, Teleprompter, and AI Captions tools, the pages they generate, and any paid plan or Event Pass bought through the site. Creating an account or using the service means accepting them. Accounts are for people old enough to form a binding contract, credentials are the account holder's responsibility, and the account holder is responsible for what the people they share operator and control links with do in the live room.
Questro must not be used to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, upload malicious code, probe or overload the service, or push content that is unlawful, hateful, or harassing onto a public display. Content you upload — scripts, schedules, images, Q&A submissions, caption context — remains yours; Questro receives only the licence it needs to store, process, and display that content in order to run your event. Audience submissions arriving through a public link may be visible to organizers, moderators, and operators, and moderation of what reaches the room is the event team's call.
Paid plans are monthly or annual subscriptions and the Event Pass is a one-time seven-day purchase; both are billed through Lemon Squeezy, which also handles the customer portal, cancellations, and refund-related events. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves access in place until the current period ends. Questro is provided as-is, without a warranty that a live session will be error-free: it is a tool inside an event, not a guarantee about the event, and AI Captions output in particular is machine-generated and needs human review where accuracy matters. Liability is limited as set out in the full terms, which are governed by the laws of Singapore with disputes heard there.
