Questro Q&A user guide

Learn how to run moderated audience Q&A with links, QR codes, approvals, pinned questions, display settings, exports, and live-session checks.

What the moderator should decide before the event

Decide whether questions are anonymous, whether every question needs approval, who has final say on duplicates, and how pinned questions should be handed to the host. A clean Q&A flow is not only a software setting. It is a room decision.

Common questions

How do I run live Q&A with Questro?
Create or open a Q&A session, share the audience submit link or QR code, moderate questions from the private page, and open the display link on the room screen.
Do audience members need a Questro account?
No. Audience members can open the submit link or scan a QR code and send questions from their browser.
Can a moderator approve questions before display?
Yes. Questro Q&A supports approval, rejection, pinning, answered state, and public display controls.
Can I run open Q&A without approval?
Yes. Open mode lets audience questions appear without the approval step. Use it only when that matches the session format.
Can I export Q&A after the event?
Yes. CSV export is available when the account or event has access to paid Q&A features.
